Trial for Kenya’s masterminds of post-election violence would start as soon as July 2010.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) already set in motion the wheels of justice to try the perpetrators as its Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo
indicated President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga had agreed to facilitate arrests of the indicted, irrespective of their positions.
Moreno-Ocampo even hinted the suspects could be taken to Tanzania instead of The Hague.
