I was surprised at how a Kenyan from South Nyanza who became a US Citizens and who was a former employee of KPLC returned home to be a concultant for KPLC. Do you what his rates are Prof  Shadrack Orero is paid at the rate of USD 275 per hour.

We must save forest and look to renewable energy.
